A vehicle body lower structure (12) includes a floor panel (16) disposed between side sills (14, 15) on both sides of a vehicle (Ve) and provided to link upper parts (82) of the side sills (14, 15). The vehicle lower body structure comprises: floor cross members (34, 35, 36) provided on a top surface (16a) of the floor panel (16), extending in the vehicle width direction, provided to link the side sills (14, 15), and including a member upper part (101) positioned above the upper part (82) of the side sills (14, 15); and gussets (61, 62, 63) disposed below the floor cross members (34, 35, 36), provided to link an inner wall (81) of the side sills (14, 15) and a bottom surface (16b) of the floor panel (16), and extending in a downward gradient toward the outside in the vehicle width direction from the bottom surface (16b) of the floor panel (16) to the inner wall (81) of the side sills (14, 15). The member upper part (101) includes an upper inclined part (108) that extends in a downward gradient toward the outside in the vehicle width direction to the upper part (82) of the side sills (14, 15).
