Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicle body structure in which the leading edge (15a) of the front windshield glass (15) is supported by an air box (4) having a vertical wall surface section (8) facing the inside of the vehicle. In said vehicle body structure, the leading edge (15a) of the glass (15) is connected to the air box (4) in such a manner that: when the phase of glass film vibrations in the in-plane/out-of-plane direction (hw) of the glass (15) is displaced in the direction toward the inside of the vehicle (hw1), the vertical wall surface section (8) of the air box (4) is displaced in the direction toward the outside of the vehicle (dw1); and when the phase of glass film vibrations in the in-plane/out-of-plane direction (hw) of the glass (15) is displaced in the direction toward the outside of the vehicle (hw2), the vertical wall surface section (8) of the air box (4) is displaced in the direction toward the inside of the vehicle (dw2).
