Abstract:
The present invention is a vehicle braking device comprising an input piston 13 that advances in a prescribed direction inside a cylinder 11 in accordance with an increase in the stroke of a brake operation member 10, a master piston 14 that is disposed so as to be separated in the prescribed direction from the input piston 13 inside the cylinder 11, a drive unit 4 that drives the master piston 14 in the prescribed direction to thereby generate a master pressure, and a regenerative braking unit 8 that applies regenerative braking force to a vehicle wheel, the vehicle braking device controlling the regenerative braking unit 8 and the drive unit 4 in a coordinated manner while increasing the regenerative braking force in accordance with an increase in the stroke, wherein the vehicle braking device also comprises a control unit 61 that, when the stroke is equal to or greater than the prescribed value, executes an adjustment control to increase the drive amount of the master piston 14 by the drive unit 4 by a specified value and reduce the regenerative braking force in accordance with the specified value.
