Abstract:
A vehicle collision avoidance control device of an embodiment is provided, for example, with: a collision avoidance control part; a termination determination part for determining, when a driving operation is performed by the driver while control is being executed by the collision avoidance control part or when a failure which disables normal control by the collision avoidance control part has occurred, which one of multiple different conditions for terminating the control by the collision avoidance control part is satisfied by the resulting state; and a termination control part for controlling, when the state is determined as satisfying one of the multiple termination conditions by a termination determination part, a brake device and/or a drive device so as to achieve a deceleration or acceleration corresponding to the termination condition.
