Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle communication system that delivers information necessary on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis. A vehicle communication system according to the present invention is provided with: a vehicle-use base station (20) that wirelessly communicates with a vehicle terminal (10) installed in a vehicle in order to receive a vehicle-related service; and a server apparatus (30) that specifies the vehicle-use base station to which a message is to be delivered in accordance with the vehicle-related service to be provided, and delivers, to the specified vehicle-use base station, the message about the vehicle-related service to be provided. Upon receiving the message transmitted from the server apparatus (30), the vehicle-use base station (20) transmits the message to, among a plurality of vehicle terminals (10) and (11) positioned within a communication area formed by the vehicle-use base station, the vehicle terminal (10) that is under contract for the vehicle-related service regarding the message.
