Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for recommending a more appropriate driving mode according to a vehicle capable of autonomous driving and the condition of a driver, the method being characterized by comprising: a memory having operation stress map information including stress index information calculated for each road section on the basis of driver's stress information collected while the vehicle travels each road section; and a processor which detects, from the operation stress map, a stress index of a road section dependent on the current location of the vehicle, and outputs notification information recommending a change to a first driving mode or a second driving mode according to the detected stress index.
