Abstract:
This vehicle control device is provided with a control means. When the gear shift range is the traveling range and a coasting travel condition is satisfied, the control means executes coasting travel control that releases a friction engagement element and sets the rotational speed of a rotating shaft of a drive source to zero. When the gear shift range is changed to a neutral range, the control means executes the coasting travel control.
