Abstract:
Disclosed is a vehicle control device that can reduce the psychological burden felt by an occupant while a vehicle is being loaded/unloaded. This device is a vehicle control device that outputs a speed command for instructing the speed of the vehicle to a drive unit for driving the vehicle, the vehicle control device comprising a command output unit that outputs, in route information when the vehicle is loaded/unloaded, a first speed command for causing the vehicle to travel at a speed that is lower when a turn curvature of the vehicle is more than a first threshold than when the turn curvature of the vehicle is not more than the first threshold.
