Abstract:

The present invention relates to a vehicle control device provided in a vehicle and a vehicle control method. A vehicle control device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit established to communicate with a shoe; a sensing unit for sensing vehicle-related information and a location of the shoe; and a processor for, when a situation in which the vehicle should be accelerated or decelerated is sensed via the sensing unit, controlling the communication unit to cause the shoe to output an alarm on the basis of the situation and the location of the shoe.
