Abstract:
A required drive torque (Treq) used as the target driving output value of a vehicle is computed on the basis of the amount of a drive operation performed by a driver, and a correction torque (ΔTreq) for minimizing sprung vibration of the vehicle is computed. A vehicle control device for controlling: an engine and an electric motor on the basis of a corrected required drive torque (Tareq), the corrected required drive torque being obtained by correcting the required drive torque (Treq) using the correction torque (ΔTreq); and controlling the display of the operating status of the electric motor. The correction torque (ΔTreq) includes at least a feedback correction amount (ΔTfb) as a disturbance correction amount calculated on the basis of disturbance to the vehicle. The operating status of the electric motor is displayed on the basis of a display drive torque, which is a value affected less by the feedback correction amount (ΔTfb) than the corrected required drive torque (Tareq) is.
