Abstract:
In the present invention, an engine ECU (30) is provided with: an abnormality diagnosis unit (34) that performs an abnormality diagnosis of an air conditioning ECU (33); and a monitoring IC (35) that monitors the abnormality diagnosis unit (34). The abnormality diagnosis unit (34) performs an abnormality diagnosis of the air conditioning ECU (33) by determining, using a predetermined determination reference value, whether or not an output signal of the air conditioning ECU (33) is normal. At this time, the monitoring IC (35) determines whether or not the determination reference value for used in the abnormality diagnosis of the air conditioning ECU (33) is normal, and the abnormality diagnosis unit (34) determines whether or not the monitoring IC (35) is normal. If the monitoring IC (35) determines that the determination reference value is abnormal or if the abnormality diagnosis unit (34) determines that the monitoring IC (35) is abnormal, the abnormality diagnosis of the air conditioning IC (33) is prohibited, and a predetermined measure against the abnormality is implemented.
