Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle control device capable of properly detecting an abnormality of a power supply voltage while suppressing excessive abnormality detection of the power supply voltage. The vehicle control device is provided with: a voltage monitor 2 for detecting a power supply voltage VCC applied from a power supply unit 1 to a control unit 4; a ROM 31 for storing a first threshold value set to an upper limit-side operation guarantee voltage VH2 and a second threshold value set to a limit-side rated voltage VH1 having a larger value than the first threshold value; and a power supply monitoring unit 3 which stores a physical quantity pertaining to the power supply voltage VCC into a RAM 32 when the power supply voltage VCC detected by the voltage monitor 2 is larger than or equal to the first threshold value but is smaller than the second threshold value, and outputs a conditional control signal to the control unit 4 when a determination is made on the basis of the stored physical quantity that control should be partly limited, or outputs a control stop signal to the control unit 4 when the power supply voltage VCC detected by the voltage monitor 2 is larger than or equal to the second threshold value.
