Abstract:
According to the present invention, a vehicle is provided with: engagement/disengagement mechanisms (20, 30) that are interposed on motive power transmission paths that are between first rotary electric machines (3, 4) and an output shaft (12) that drives a wheel; first rotary electric machine speed sensors (43, 44) that detect the rotational speeds of the first rotary electric machines (3, 4) as first rotational speeds (Nm, Ng); and a wheel speed sensor (42) that detects the rotational speed of the wheel as a wheel speed (Nw). A control device 5 comprises: a first calculation unit (5B) that, when the engagement/disengagement mechanisms (20, 30) are in an engaged state, uses the first rotational speeds (Nm, Ng) to calculate axle rotational speeds (Nam, Nag) that are the rotational speed of the output shaft (12); a monitor unit (5C) that calculates the differences (X, Y) between the wheel speed (Nw) and the axle rotational speeds (Nam, Nag) calculated by the first calculation unit (5B); and a second calculation unit (5D) that, when the engagement/disengagement mechanisms (20, 30) are in a disengaged state, uses the calculated differences (X, Y) to correct the wheel speed (Nw) and calculate axle rotational speeds (Nax, Nay).
