Abstract:
A vehicle control device (100) comprises: an internal circuit (101); a communication interface circuit (102) for receiving a communication signal (S1) and outputting the same to the internal circuit (101); a switching circuit (103) for receiving a first power supply voltage (VB1) from the outside and switching the state of a second power supply voltage (VB2) output to the internal circuit in response to a switching signal (SC); an edge detection circuit (104) for detecting a rising edge of the communication signal (S1) and outputting a pulse signal (SP); and a switching signal generation circuit (105) for outputting the switching signal (SC) to the switching circuit (103) in response to the pulse signal (SP). By adopting such a configuration, reduction of current consumption when a vehicle is stopped and suppression of battery exhaustion are achieved with a simple and inexpensive configuration.
