Abstract:
Vehicle control devices (32, 50) are used in a vehicle (10) comprising: left and right drive wheels (20R, 20L) and rotating electrical machines (30) that are separately provided for each of the left and right drive wheels and rotate and drive the drive wheels. The vehicle control devices comprise: a determination unit that determines whether or not an error pertaining to rotation and drive has occurred in either the left or right drive wheels; and an error control unit that performs error control that suppresses deviation between the rotation speed (Nabnr) of the error-side drive wheel, which is the drive wheel, out of the left and right drive wheels, for which the occurrence of an error has been determined, and the rotation speed (Nnr) for the normal drive wheel, which is the other drive wheel.
