Abstract:
This on-vehicle control device (1) comprises a control unit (14). The control unit (14) switches a block unit (11) to a block state on the basis of a first block characteristic (BC1). The relay (10) is set to an OFF state on the basis of a second block characteristic (BC2). The second block characteristic (BC2) is configured such that a time period thereof decreases at a first decreasing degree as the electric current value increases. The first block characteristic (BC1) is configured such that a time period thereof decreases at a second decreasing degree as the electric current value increases in a first electric current value range (R1), and a time period thereof decreases at a third decreasing degree as the electric current increases in a second electric current value range (R2). A time period of the first block characteristic (BC1) is set longer than that of the second block characteristic (BC2) for an electric current value smaller than a threshold value (Ith), and a time period of the first block characteristic (BC1) is set shorter than that of the second block characteristic (BC2) for an electric current value larger than the threshold value (Ith).
