Abstract:
This vehicle control device is used in an in-motion power feed system (1) that has power transmission coils (21) provided in a road (4) and a power reception coil (35) provided in a vehicle (10), and that feeds power contactlessly to the vehicle (10) which is in motion. The vehicle control device comprises a travel route setting unit (111) that sets, using an HD map, a travel route including information pertaining to the width-direction travel position of the vehicle on the road. When the vehicle travels through a power feedable section that is a section of the road provided with the power transmission coils, the travel route setting unit sets the travel route of the vehicle so that the power reception coil and the power transmission coils are in a power feedable state in which the same oppose each other.
