Abstract:

The present invention relates to a vehicle control system and a method, pertaining to the technical field of vehicle control. The vehicle control system of the present invention comprises: a receiving sensor module provided at a vehicle, and used for receiving a vehicle door unlocking signal sent by an electronic key provided at a user service terminal of the vehicle; and a vehicle control module provided at the vehicle, and used for opening at least one vehicle door of the vehicle on the basis of the vehicle door unlocking signal, wherein the user service terminal of the vehicle is a terminal held by another person different from an owner of the vehicle. The system simplifies operation for a holder of the user service terminal of the vehicle while also ensuring vehicle safety for users of the vehicle, thereby significantly improving productivity for the holder of the user service terminal, saving time for users of the vehicle, and providing great convenience.
