Abstract:

This controller is provided with a dual-clutch transmission (10) in which a first MG (3) is connected to a first input shaft (13) in a manner that enables power transmission and a second MG (4) is connected to a second input shaft (14) in a manner that enables power transmission, and the controller is applied to a vehicle (1A) that can execute an EV travel mode in which vehicle wheels (8) are driven by either the first MG (3) or the second MG (4), and a regeneration mode in which energy inputted from the vehicle wheels (8) is utilized and power is regenerated by either the first MG (3) or the second MG (4). In this controller, when a switch is made from EV travel mode to regeneration mode, power is regenerated by whichever MG, between the first MG (3) and the second MG (4), had not been used to drive the vehicle wheels (8) in the EV travel mode.
