Abstract:

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle cooling device that, even when a high-voltage instrument cooled by a radiator requires a cooling capacity greater than or equal to the normal capacity in an emergency, can simply increase a cooling capacity thereof without system redundancy. The vehicle cooling device is provided with: a radiator mechanism (10) that includes a first radiator (12), a second radiator (13), and a fan (14); a first refrigerant circulation circuit (30) for cooling a first group instrument (60a) by circulation of a first refrigerant that releases heat in the first radiator (12); a second refrigerant circulation circuit (40) for cooling a second group instrument (60b) by circulation of a second refrigerant that releases heat in the second radiator (13); and a chiller circuit (50) in which a connection circuit (52) for connecting the downstream side of a chiller (11) and the upstream side of the first radiator (12) is formed, the vehicle cooling device being further provided with a control unit (20) that determines the cooling capacity of the second refrigerant circulation circuit (40), wherein the control unit (20) is configured to ensure connection in the connection circuit (52) when the cooling capacity is not sufficient.
