Abstract:
Vehicle display control devices (54, 51e) for controlling the display on a display unit of sensor information from external sensors in a vehicle equipped with a plurality of external sensors (30) for detecting an external obstacle, and a display unit (5d) for displaying information, the vehicle display control devices (54, 51e) being equipped with: opening detection units (541, 4541) for detecting an opening command (O) for the vehicle from a user; an image storage unit (54m) for storing a vehicle image (56s) depicting the vehicle, and a plurality of area images (56a) associating the vehicle image with a detection area (30a) where obstacle detection using each external sensor is possible; and opening control units (542, 543, 544, 4543, 4548, 4549) for retrieving the vehicle image and the area images from the image storage unit during an opening period (Po) when the opening command is detected, and displaying the images as sensor information on the display unit.
