A display system (4) provided in a vehicle and comprising: a road surface drawing device (45) configured so as to emit an optical pattern towards the road surface on the outside of the vehicle; and a HUD positioned inside the vehicle and configured so as to display HUD information to a passenger in the vehicle such that the HUD information is superimposed on real space outside the vehicle.
