Abstract:
A vehicle distance alarm method and apparatus. The method comprises: monitoring a first running speed of a first vehicle; calculating a pre-set vehicle distance corresponding to the first running speed; judging whether a distance between a first position of the first vehicle and a second position of a second vehicle is smaller than the pre-set vehicle distance; and giving, when it is determined that the distance between the first position and the second position is smaller than the pre-set vehicle distance, an alarm. The present invention solves the problem of inaccurate judgment on a safe vehicle distance, and improves the judgment accuracy and efficiency of the safe vehicle distance.
