The present invention reduces rattling caused by loosened engagement between a screw spindle and a spindle nut, and renders an overload on a spindle rotor or the screw spindle unlikely to occur, when a push rod is at an elongation position. The screw spindle is provided with the spindle rotor that rotates integrally with the screw spindle in the push rod, and the linear movement of the push rod is guided by the spindle rotor. A stopper projects inside in a radial direction from a push rod guide, and the movement of the push rod to a tip side is restricted through the abutment of a push rod nut against the stopper at the elongation position. The spindle rotor is arranged on the tip side of the screw spindle so as to be separated from the stopper.
