A vehicle door fastening apparatus and vehicle. The vehicle door fastening apparatus comprises a fastening member, an elastic member (3), and a stopper mechanism; said fastening member having a vehicle door abutment, said vehicle door abutment being used for abutting against the inside of a closed vehicle door; said elastic member (3) being connected between the fastening member and the vehicle body, and exerting on the fastening member an elastic force in the direction of the vehicle body; said stopper mechanism being able to move between an abutted state and a retracted state. The vehicle comprises the vehicle door fastening apparatus. By means of the fitting of the fastening member, the elastic member (3), and the stopper mechanism, the vehicle door fastening apparatus increases the number of fixed connection points between the vehicle door and the vehicle body; furthermore, when the vehicle door is closed, the fastening member causes the connection between the vehicle door and the vehicle body to be more stable, effectively reducing the vibration and noise generated while driving the automobile, and improving the performance and comfort of the automobile.
