Abstract:
In the event an abnormality occurs in a dynamo-electric machine drive system that drives a dynamo-electric machine provided in the power transmission path to wheels, the present invention quickly reduces the rotational speed of the dynamo-electric machine while suppressing the increase in the electric load to the dynamo-electric machine drive system in order to shorten the time that evasive travel is affected. A vehicle drive control device (1) for controlling a vehicle drive device (7), which is configured of an internal combustion engine (70), a first engagement device (75), a dynamo-electric machine (80), a second engagement device (95), and wheels (W) that are drivably coupled to a power transmission path in this order, brings the first engagement device and the second engagement device into a disengaged state if an abnormality occurs in a dynamo-electric machine drive system (2). Thereafter, if the rotational speed based on the rotational speed of an input member (IN), the dynamo-electric machine (80), or an output member (OUT) becomes less than or equal to a reference rotational speed (ω2), the first engagement device and the second engagement device are brought into an engaged state while the internal combustion engine is operating.
