An electric motor control means acquires a first motor target speed (MA2) and a first motor actual speed (MA1) of a first electric motor (2A), and a second motor target speed (MB2) and a second motor actual speed (MB1) of a second electric motor (2B); finds a first speed difference (DA) between the first motor target speed (MA2) and the first motor actual speed (MA1) of the first electric motor (2A), and a second speed difference (DB) between the second motor target speed (MB2) and the second motor actual speed (MB1) of the second electric motor (2B); finds first and second rotation control torques (SM1, SM2) on the basis of the smaller speed difference between the first speed difference (DA) and the second speed difference (DB); and finds a first motor torque (M1) of the first electric motor (2A) and a second motor torque (M2) of the second electric motor (2B) on the basis of the first and second rotation control torques (SM1, SM2).
