Abstract:
The present invention appropriately informs a driver of information about a route or speed and the like that is recommended for a vehicle to travel while avoiding nearby obstacles. A vehicle driving assistance system (10) is provided with a display unit (5) for displaying recommended driving markings (M) superimposed on actual scenery (S). The recommended driving markings (M) include: a recommended route marking (MK) showing a recommended route (K) that is a route in which the possibility of interference from one or a plurality of obstacles (B) present along the travel direction of a vehicle (100) is relatively low; and a recommended speed marking (MV) showing a recommended speed indicator that is an indicator related to the recommended speed when driving along the recommended route (K). The recommended route marking (MK) and the recommended speed marking (MV) are displayed in association with each other.
