Abstract:
A vehicle driving safety monitoring method and device and system. The method comprises: a taxi server determines, on the basis of an originating address and destination address in a vehicle reservation request, a vehicle driving route range between the originating address and the destination address and a reasonable time period for arriving at the destination address (103); if, on the basis of vehicle driving data sent by a vehicle-mounted smart device, it is determined that the vehicle position has moved outside of the vehicle driving route range or that the vehicle driving time has exceeded the reasonable time period, sending to the vehicle-mounted smart device a vehicle interior image acquisition instruction (106), such that the vehicle-mounted smart device acquires vehicle interior image information and sends the same to the taxi server (107); comparing vehicle interior image information of two "before" and "after" images acquired by the vehicle-mounted smart device after responding to the vehicle reservation request and upon the passenger entering the vehicle, and if it is determined that a danger index has reached a preset warning threshold, sending to a safety monitoring server a warning message (108), and notifying police in the vicinity of the vehicle to perform inspection or monitoring, thereby ensuring vehicle driving safety.
