Abstract:
To reduce an energy consumption during a production process, production costs, and the health sopiling risk of a producer, and enhance an assembly safety and a global environment protection feature that use a connection structure body by providing an on-vehicle electromagnetic circuit conduction transmission body, a structure for enhancing the mass mounting density and connection reliability of a connection structure body, and production methods therefor. A less-energy-consuming high-specific-rigidity material, a mass-mounting-density-enhanceing high-specific-rigidity/high-specific strength work-piece material, a cooling-lubricant-free high-speed shearing technology, and a vibration-absorbing coated material layer are introduced to a conventional inertia-energy-wasting conduction transmission body press-working plastic-working technology to form the conduction transmission body, and then a low-density/low-permittivity insulator is filled around the conduction transmission body, thereby reducing an energy consumption during a production process, production costs and a health spoiling risk, and enhancing the mass mounting density and connection reliability of a connection structure body to enhance an assembly safety and a global environment protection feature.
