Abstract:
A disclosed embodiment relates to a vehicle electronic device, and the vehicle electronic device comprises a communication module for performing communication with an external device, a temperature sensor that obtains temperature information of the communication module, a cooling device that reduces a temperature of the communication module, a GNSS module that obtains position information of a vehicle, a memory for storing one or more instructions, and a processor for executing the one or more instructions store din the memory, wherein the processor may collect log information including state information of the communication module and the position information of the vehicle, determine one or more candidate points predicted to perform the communication with the external device, on the basis of the log information, and control the cooling device to perform pre-cooling of the communication module, on the basis of the candidate points and at least one of the current position information of the vehicle and the current temperature information of the communication module.
