The present invention relates to an exhaust-gas discharge inducing apparatus mounted on an end of the exhaust tube of a vehicle, the apparatus comprising: two or more drive-wind suction sets (110) installed on the bottom of the vehicle to collect drive wind generated when the vehicle travels and to guide the collected drive wind into an inducing cover (121) of a discharge inducing device (120), which is mounted on an end portion of the exhaust tube, through a drive-wind passage tube (114); and the discharge inducing device (120) that includes an exhaust gas passage tube (122) connected with the exhaust tube (9) and having a plurality of exhaust gas outlets (129) formed on an end portion thereof, a drive-wind connecting passage (123) connected with the drive-wind passage tube (114), and the inducing cover (121) having first and second inducing areas, the first inducing area being formed to surround an end of the drive-wind connecting passage (123) and the exhaust gas passage tube (122) and having a gradually decreasing inner diameter toward an end thereof and the second inducing area being formed to surround the exhaust gas outlet (129) and extending to an end thereof with a uniform inner diameter, wherein the drive wind outside the exhaust gas outlet (129) is accelerated in the first inducing area so that the discharge of exhaust gas from the exhaust gas outlet (129) in the second inducing area is promoted.
