Abstract:
In this vehicle floor panel, a metal honeycomb core (12), bonded sandwiched between two CFRP plates (13), is configured by linking multiple core units (14), formed having a polygon (P) shape, continuously in a plane so that the polygon shapes (P) have shared sides (S). Closed cross-sections (18) configured from one CFRP plate (13) and a hat-shape cross-section part formed along the sides (S) are linked to each other at the vertices (V) of the polygons (P) of adjacent core units (14), so it is possible not only to reduce weight by opening the interior of the polygonal (P) core units (14), but also to make it possible to improve energy absorption performance since high-strength load transmission paths formed by a closed cross-section (18) extending in a straight line are linked to multiple other load transmission paths at the vertices (V) of the polygons (P) of the core units (14) so that the collision load inputted in one direction of the floor panel is dispersed and transmitted in multiple other directions.
