Abstract:
A vehicle-front-side power-pole-position checking device for checking whether power poles (6, 7) in front of a train are outside a construction gauge (A), wherein the vehicle-front-side power-pole-position detection device comprises a camera (2) mounted on the front of the train so that the construction gauge (A) and the power poles (6, 7) to be photographed fall within the field of view thereof and a checking controller (3) for checking whether the power poles (6, 7) are outside the construction gauge (A) on the basis of an image photographed by the camera (2) and the checking controller (3) is provided with a power pole detection unit (40) for detecting the power poles (6, 7) from the image photographed by the camera (2), a power-pole-position measurement unit (50) for measuring the three-dimensional positions of the top portions of the power poles (6, 7) detected by the power pole detection unit (40), and a construction gauge determination unit (60) for determining whether the three-dimensional positions of the top portions of the power poles (6, 7) measured by the power-pole-position measurement unit (50) come into contact with the construction gauge (A).
