Abstract:
This vehicle front structure comprises a crash box 1 which extends along the front/rear direction of a vehicle and connects a front end part of a side member 3 of the vehicle and a front bumper beam 2 disposed downwardly offset with respect to the side member 3. An upper wall 5 of the crash box 1 is inclined downwardly toward the front of the vehicle. A lower wall 6 of the crash box 1 is located lower than a lower wall of the side member 3 and extends in the horizontal direction. The lower wall 6 of the crash box 1 is provided with a step 10 which extends along the vehicle width direction and in which a portion on the front side of the vehicle is located higher than a portion on the rear side of the vehicle.
