Title:
VEHICLE FUEL EXHAUST EMISSION REDUCTION SYNERGIST
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/041412
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A vehicle fuel exhaust emission reduction synergist, adapted to be added into gasoline, and comprising six raw materials: 50-80 parts by weight of aromatic solvent 150, 2-30 parts by weight of biphenyl, 3-15 parts by weight of polyisobutylene amine, 2-10 parts by weight of polyether amine FL1000, 3-10 parts by weight of organic nitrogen molybdenum fullerene, and 0.005-0.1 part by weight of benzotriazole. Said raw materials are put into a gasoline blending tank, mixed uniformly by means of a static mixer by using a gear pump, and filtered by using a 400-mesh (30 µm) filter screen, and then standing is performed for 24 hours, thereby obtaining a clear and transparent detergent synergist special for gasoline having a similar color to beer. Upon test and analysis, the density of a gasoline sample at 20°C is 0.91g/mL, the kinematic viscosity is 3 mm2/s, the closed flash point is 62°C, the sulfur content is 7 PPM, the pour point is -40°C, the water content is less than 0.3%, and the ash content is less than 0.01%. The synergist is used as a China VI gasoline detergent synergist. The synergist mainly improves the quality of China VI gasoline products and meets the environment protection emission requirement.
