Abstract:
A vehicle, and a gas tightness detection method for a battery pack (1) of the vehicle, which belong to the technical field of battery pack (1) safety. A detection port and a gas inlet are provided in a battery pack (1) of a vehicle, wherein a gas pressure detector (12) is arranged at the position of the detection port to measure a gas pressure in the battery pack (1); the gas inlet is connected to a gas source (3) by means of an air pipeline (6); an electromagnetic valve (5) is arranged on the air pipeline (6); and a system controller (2) controls the turning-on and turning-off of the electromagnetic valve (5) to control the inflation of the battery pack (1). During gas tightness detection, the battery pack (1) is inflated, such that the internal pressure thereof is greater than the atmospheric pressure, a gas pressure in the battery pack (1) is acquired after inflation is finished, and the gas tightness of the battery pack (1) is determined according to a variation of the gas pressure. The gas tightness of the battery pack (1) is detected by means of a vehicle-mounted apparatus, a protection level of the battery pack (1) is monitored in real time within the service life of the vehicle, and remote early warning can be performed on the vehicle by means of a remote monitoring data center (8) and according to a monitoring result, thereby reducing potential safety hazards of the vehicle.
