Abstract:
A substitute vehicle guide system in which a communication server system receives abnormal state information from a vehicle, sends information necessary for the navigation system of a substitute vehicle to guide the substitute vehicle to the scene where the abnormal vehicle is present in a short time, to prevent the load on the abnormal vehicle from being damaged, and to allow the substitute vehicle to take over the remaining work quickly. A freight vehicle is provided with a navigation system, abnormality monitoring means, and vehicle communication means, and a communication server system for transmitting information about dispatching a substitute vehicle to the vehicle. When the vehicle becomes abnormal. The communication server system receives the information from the abnormal vehicle when a vehicle abnormality occurs. The navigation system of the substitute vehicle shows the information transmitted. Without manual operation, a substitute vehicle can be smoothly dispatched at any time. The time taken for the substitute vehicle to arrive at the scene and the time taken for the substitute vehicle to take over the work are shortened, and adverse influence on the load and delivery work is prevented.
