Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a predicted position calculation unit (25) which, on the basis of the current positions of one or more vehicles (4) and nearby objects, calculates predicted positions that are positions of the vehicles (4) and the nearby objects after the passage of a first period from the current time; a target position calculation unit (27) which, on the basis of the predicted positions, calculates target positions, which are positions of the vehicles (4) after the passage of a second period from the current time, and speeds of the vehicles (4) at the target positions; and an information distribution unit (28) which generates distribution information including the target positions and speeds, and distributes the distribution information to the vehicles (4).
