Abstract:
The present invention provides superb benefits such as allowing a handle apparatus to be moved for stopping by means of a brake system located thereon, and aiming to provide a positional recovery control function by using a strong compound elastic recovery member acting to counteract the left and right leans of a scooter during travel, so that appropriately measured turns are made in response to the desired direction of travel so as to allow riding without losing center of gravity.
