Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle headlight in which changes in the image height relating to the scanning-direction position of a scanning light beam are suppressed. The vehicle headlight (10) comprises a correction lens (19) between a light deflector (18) and a fluorescent plate (23). When a mirror (101) faces the front surface of the light deflector (18), the correction lens (19) aligns a light axis with a center light axis (33) as the light axis of a scanning light beam Cb emitted from the mirror (101). The correction lens (19) has a refractive power that decreases farther from the center light axis (33) in the radial direction, in a center emission range that includes at least a portion in which the center light axis (33) passes through the correction lens (19).
