Abstract:
Provided are a vehicle height adjustment method and a vehicle height adjustment system for a vehicle that enable reception of desired power even when the buried distance of a power transmission means varies. The vehicle height adjustment method is for a vehicle including a power reception means corresponding to a power transmission means buried in a road, and a vehicle height adjustment means that adjusts the vehicle height from the road, the vehicle height adjustment method comprising: a power transmission-side inverter voltage detection step of detecting a power transmission-side inverter voltage of the power transmission means; a coupling coefficient calculation step of calculating a coupling coefficient between the power transmission means and the power reception means corresponding to the power transmission-side inverter voltage; and a vehicle height adjustment step of driving the vehicle height adjustment means to a vehicle height corresponding to the coupling coefficient.
