Provided is a vehicle hood structure such that shock absorbing properties prior to secondary shock in a case where a colliding body collides with a hood, can be improved. Front end sections (22b) of beads (22) of a wavy section (20) are lined up, as seen in a hood plan view. Furthermore, a front wall section (28) which is provided further forward than the wavy section (20) in the hood forward direction, is formed approximately along the hood width direction in such a way as to incline in the hood downward direction, toward the front of the hood. Moreover, the wavy section (20) and the front wall section (28) are connected together by a shelf section (26) which is formed approximately along the hood width direction.
