Abstract:
An illumination device (4) installed in a vehicle (1) capable of traveling in an automatic driving mode is provided with an illumination unit (42) configured so as to radiate light outward from the vehicle (1), and an illumination control unit (43) configured so as to control the illumination unit (42), on the basis of an illumination control signal sent from transportation infrastructure (70), which is provided with a light-emitting body (50) for radiating light outward, in order to make the illumination state of the illumination unit (42) correspond to the illumination state of the light-emitting body (50).
