Abstract:
Disclosed are a vehicle information detection method, a detection device, and a vehicle device. The method comprises: receiving first number information transmitted by an onboard unit, the first number information being used for indicating the total number of passengers of a target vehicle at an entrance unit of an ETC system; receiving second number information transmitted by the onboard unit, the second number information being used for indicating the total number of passengers of the target vehicle at an exit unit of the ETC system; detecting whether the total number of passengers indicated by the first number information is identical to the total number of passengers indicated by the second number; and if different, then recording license plate information of the target vehicle. The employment of embodiments allows, by acquiring the number of passengers on board a vehicle at an ETC entrance and that at an exit, a determination to be made whether the vehicle is carrying passengers illegally, thus increasing resource utilization rate, and facilitating the regulation of passenger transport behavior on vehicles.
