[PROBLEMS] To reliably prevent the battery of an electromotive vehicle from running out and to transfer data without troubling a user. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A communication destination information storage means (D2) stores communication destination information indicating the IP address, telephone number, etc. of an information management device (20) predetermined outside the electromotive vehicle. When power supply to an on-vehicle information device (10) from the battery is cut off and thereafter a external power acquisition means (P2) acquires external power from outside of the electromotive vehicle, a communication control means (11a) controls a wireless communication means (16) to perform at least transmission of updatable information to the information management device (20) indicated by the communication destination information or reception of update information for updating the updatable information from the information management device (20). Therefore, without reducing power of the battery of the electromotive vehicle, wireless communication can be performed with the information management device outside the electromotive vehicle by use of the external power.
