Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to utilize limited resources effectively to display vehicle information, and to display vehicle information in detail as necessary, while effectively avoiding an increase in power consumption. This vehicle information display device is provided with a vehicle information acquiring unit 8 for acquiring vehicle information, a display unit 6 for displaying the vehicle information acquired by the vehicle information acquiring unit 8, and a control unit 9 for controlling the vehicle information acquiring unit 8 and the display unit 6. The control unit 9 assesses the vehicle information in accordance with an acquisition cycle switching assessment reference value, and switches an acquisition cycle with which the vehicle information acquiring unit 8 acquires the vehicle information.
