Abstract:
This vehicle interior structure is provided with: a driver's seat (1) positioned in a passenger compartment; a passenger seat (4) positioned to the rear of the driver's seat (1) in the passenger compartment; a partition member (5) that extends in the vehicle width direction between the driver's seat (1) and the passenger seat (4); and an inside handle (25) for opening a door (19) at the side of the passenger seat (4). The inside handle (25) is set at a position in proximity to a vehicle outside end (63) of the partition member (5) in the vehicle width direction, further to the rear than the vehicle outside end (63). The partition member (5) has a sloped surface section (61) that slopes from the vehicle outside end (63) toward the center of the vehicle in such a manner as to lead toward the front of the vehicle.
