Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle LIDAR system linked with an LED headlamp, the system mixedly using, as a lighting light source for LIDAR, the light source of a vehicle LED headlamp capable of emitting high-intensity light, so as to extend a measurable distance, and using a separate distance calculation algorithm so as to compensate for a decrease in resolution, and the vehicle LIDAR system linked with an LED headlamp is implemented by comprising: a lighting device which adjusts the brightness of a headlamp according to a vehicle headlamp brightness control signal and which emits high-frequency light that is phase-synchronized with the operating frequency of LIDAR; a 3D image device, which transmits, to the lighting device, a synchronization signal that is phase-synchronized with the operating frequency of LIDAR, measures phase delay by comparing, to the phase provided to the lighting device, a phase detected from light received from a subject, and outputs, as a 3D image signal, a subject distance measurement signal generated on the basis of the measured phase delay; and a distance calculation unit for performing long distance and precise distance calculations by combining the 3D image signal outputted through the 3D image device.
