Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle lighting apparatus which achieves an excellent design and appropriately emits light in a series of operations during charging. This vehicle lighting apparatus 1 comprises: first light-emitting portions 21a, b which are arranged in the boundary 4 vicinity between a body 2 and a lid 14, with notch portions 18a, b interposed therebetween, the notch portions 18a, b being formed at the upper and lower edges of the lid 14; and second light-emitting portions 22a, b which are arranged inside the lid 14. When the lid 14 is unlocked by the unlocking operation of the lid 14, the first light-emitting portions 21a, b are turned on. When the lid 14 is pressed inward by the opening operation of the lid 14, the first light-emitting portions 21a, b are turned off. When the lid 14 is opened, the second light-emitting portions 22a, b are turned on and power feeding ports 11, 12 are illuminated.
